HOW TO: get rid of acne for summer!

ACNE: we all have it, we all hate it.

Yes, of course, there are some who have been kissed by fortune and have already got a perfect, flawless, peach-touched skin, but (that's a mere consolation, I know) this is really about a very few people.

And so, What about us, with our FLAW(not-LESS) skin?

Well, here are 10 points you must seek if you want to get rid of acne (at least for summer).

1. Eat healthy!
fries  chips  salami  ham ...

You must eat lots of fruit (specially apricots, very good for acne actually!), pasta (but not that much, if you don't want to gain weight), and, of course, vegetables (the more green you eat, the best results you'll get!).

2. Drink looots of water!
alcol  coke  fanta  ...

Water is the best (and only) way to quench your organism and your skin! It helps to depurate the skin from the inside.

3. Go to the beach!

It's not only funny, but actually also good for skin care! Wear a sun protection and avoid the central hours of the day and... have fun! Swim in the sea (the salt will remove all your acne) and then dry the water in the sunshine!

4. Don't stress out yourself!

Maybe you don't know it, but stress it's actually one of the causes of acne! So, relax! Read a book, spend the morning on a sandy beach, have fun with friends...

5. Wear foundation only in the evening!

This summer, choose a BB cream for your mornings and afternoons. This will help you not stressing your skin and the sun will reach the skin better.
Of course, if you can, wear nothing! Avoid even the BB if you like to!

6. Don't leave your skin care products!

Even if the beach calls you early in the morning, find a few minutes for your skin care routine. Mind to moisturize your skin (using a good hydration cream) and cure acne.

7. As for your break, choose a frappé or an ice cream!

We all need to do a break and (of course) we want something inspiring and sweet. A delicious fresh made ice-cream or a frappé (or a milk shake) is the perfect solution!

8. Move!

Swim, run, cycle... Outside there you may find lots of activities to do! This will make you sweat and help your skin to get rid of sebum.

9. Once a week, make a natural scrub!

You can make a very good one using honey and sugar: mix them, put the scrub on your face, massage while standing by vapour (use a pot with hot water to produce it, and put a towel on your head). Then just wash it out. Nice skin, nay?

Yes, I know, that's not exactly the kind of tip you expect to find but... it may work!
